Glitter Cloud Dough

I am so excited to share this post with you.  I have been trying new things with glitter thanks to the Glittering Muffins pinterest board I am on called Glitter!  And I find myself getting a little into the idea of adding glitter to already fun things:-)  I hope you and your kids can have as much fun as we did with our Glitter Cloud Dough.

Cloud dough is easy to make as shared in our last post on cloud dough.  We took some of the last batch we made and just added glitter to it this day.  Now we have a whole new way to play with our already fun sensory substance.

Here are pictures of our play.

Mixing the two together!

Glitter Cloud Dough

Wow, we both loved the look the glitter gave the cloud dough.

We got out a few extra things to play with:  straws and pom poms.

We usually play with this outside because it does make a mess, but we had lots of fun making this mess:-)

We cooked up some cloud dough surprise for you!

Glitter Cloud Dough

I think I had just as much fun playing as my son did with the glitter cloud dough.

I hope you and your family may have fun with glitter cloud dough too.
Note: The last post we did with cloud dough was outside(link above) and that is how we usually play with it.  It is messy.  It was just to hot this day to get out and I felt brave. We played this same way another day but it was on the deck instead and I can't find the pictures:-) I also suggest using toys that can easily be washed or can stay dirty(we use outside toy trucks etc... most often when playing with the cloud dough).  My son loves it and play with it often.  It is so much fun and to me worth the clean up.

Please do come and visit us again. We would love to have you back.

All kids are different and only you can decide how you let your kids play. And with what materials you let them play with. My children are supervised when playing. Please keep this in mind with any post you read of mine!
